Accidents happen.  That fact will not change.  But at Arena, we are doing our best to change the typical “body shop” experience.  We understand that even the most minor fender bender can be a huge inconvenience.  That’s why we work to make your repair experience as pleasant and efficient as possible.  We offer free estimates with no appointment necessary.  As a direct repair facility for most major insurance companies, we take the hassle out of insurance claims.  There is no need for multiple estimates, and we submit everything directly to the appropriate claims office.  We’ll be glad to make towing arrangements or rental car reservations for you, and we always offer free local shuttle service during business hours.  Most importantly, we do it all with the courtesy and respect you deserve.
